To make your stay in Anglet as enjoyable as it is enriching, we offer several options: host family, hostel or hotel.
Choose the one that best fits your needs and lifestyle.

Our French host families

Each student can be housed in a French host family living in Anglet or Biarritz. We rigorously select each of our families. Living with a host family give students the opportunity to practice French in real life situations.

The French host family provides breakfast or breakfast and dinner with an individual comfortable bedroom.

Accommodation is from the Sunday prior to the course starting date to the Saturday following the last course day.

Whenever possible we try to place students of different nationalities in the same family.

Shared bedrooms are available for students travelling together.

Please note that for gluten free diet there will be an extra cost of 20 euros per week and per person.

NAMI HOUSE HOSTEL

You can also stay at Nami House hostel (please, contact them directly for booking).

Nami House is more than a traditional hostel: it is a real family house of typical Basque style, shared by travellers from all over the world!
The house is decorated in both Hawaiian and Japanese styles and has a comfy and relaxing atmosphere.
You will have at your disposal a fully-equipped open kitchen as well as large common spaces: a comfortable living room, a beautiful sun room and a garden with different spaces to relax after your French class.
To sleep, you can choose between a bed in one of the 3 spacious dorms for 4-5 persons or the Japanese bedroom for 2 persons which offers traditional Japanese bedding (futon mattresses over tatami mats).

Breakfast is included and offered between 8:30-10am every morning.

The hostel is a 10-minute walk from SOFI 64 by the bike path, 15-minute walk to Sables d’Or beach in Anglet and 300m to place des Cinq Cantons with all the small shops essential for your stay.

SPOT SLEEPING

If you are an independent traveller who would like to stay even closer to SOFI 64 in a very central hostel close to local shops, then Spot Sleeping is your hostel. Our students even get a special offer once they register to our one of our French lessons programs.

HOTEL & COLIVING

Another of our partners offers a hybrid concept between a guest house and a boutique hotel. “Le Saint-Charles” is an authentic place in tune with its time with its concept of “Coliving” thought as a place of life and exchange open to all. Numerous common spaces are available to guests who can enjoy a private room while benefiting from hotel services, work in the coworking lounge or relax in the lush garden; all this while being close to the beach and the city centre!

“Le Saint-Charles” is located 10 minutes by bike (or bus) from your favourite French school !
